I would say they run True to Size. I would not size up, if you get your child's normal size, especially for the tiny sizes, they should have a little extra room to grow. Not intended for a baby, these are toddler shoes.
Size Toddler 4 starts at a 1 year old up to 2, depending on the size of your child's foot.
Evie is 7 years old and the bottom of her foot from top of big toe to back of heel measures 7.25". She wears a 30- Toddler 12.5. Oakley is 3 and a half and the bottom of her foot from the top of her big toe to the back of her heel measures 5.50". She wears a 24-Toddler 7.
